How can I set up our networked HP4000TN printer to stop printing when the selected tray has emptied?

At the moment we have 2 trays with paper, one with plain white A4 and the other with Letterhead A4. So if someone is printing a document onto white paper and the tray empties, the printer then takes the letterhead instead.

Help!

On the Paper tab of you printer properties, change "Source is:" from Auto Select to the tray with the plain paper.

What I do is set up two printers on each workstation: one for plain paper and the other for letterhead. Lock each printer to a specific tray using the "Source is:" option. Make the tray that is used most often the default printer.
