I'm a Websphere beginner.

thanks

Maybe you will need to ellaborate the question a little bit more. At least I don't get it.

Dian,

basically, when I try to search for which database or WebSphere MQ servers are connecting to. Nothing tends to be clear.

I've used netstat and checked the tnsnames.ora file, but I was hoping with the WAS server config files, there are particluar entries as to what is connected to what

The toruble is I don't have access to the console or webgui. It's all command line (unix)

thanks again

Using the WAS console you can see which DB conections and MQ queues are defined in the server. And with the PMI console you can see the usage for all of them

Cheers,
Dian
