WAS 6.1 - is it possible to create SL and GV from scripting?

Hello all,

I am a kind of a newbie to WAS, and I am trying to create a sort of scripts to "automate" things arround here.

Can you tell me if it's possible to create Shared Libraries and Global Variables using a script? Can any one give me some headlights?
