We're running WAS 4.0 and WAS 5.1 in coexistence and will soon need to remove WAS 4.0. Is anyone aware of any special issues related to the removal of 4.0 from a 5.1 coexistence? For examples, are there any shared files that should not be removed for WAS 5.1 to continue working properly?
The IBM link below talks about a generic uninstallation from a coexisted state, but provides nothing specific about 4.0 from 5.1.
