Warnings/Errors After Running SCW

I am setting up a Win2K3 Server EE w/SP1 machine to act as a standalone DHCP/DNS/WINS box. I figured I'd try running the Security Configuration Wizard to secure it. After running it I get the following warnings and errors; help resolving any would be appreciated:
