I have about 15 copies of Arcserve running on our servers. The version ranges from 6.5 single server to 6.61 Advanced edition. I use my pc to erase all the tapes prior to the backups running each night. After I loaded service pack 2a for ArcserveIT 6.61, every machine I connected to to erase the tapes give a Dr Watson error in tapeeng.exe To get around this, I unistalled Arcserve from my pc and reloaded it without putting the service pack back on. Anyone have this problem ?
