2 days after, the system works without problems and without any intervention other than several restart.
I don t understand what s happen !

You may not like this answer as I have found there are only workarounds. To understand this you may have to understand how livelink threads work. A thread when it gets started at some early point will secure a connection to the database using client sql software(if it is oracle it is the oci.dll in sql server its equivalent).Normally if you assume a 5 thread livelink you should see 5 active connections to the database and the math increases when you have more threads. Assume there is inactivity in the system say normal operations in livelink server becomes less intensive on a Friday evening to a Monday morning period. In most cases if SSO is on the browser you might get "Oracle not connected”. If you hit refresh forcibly making sure your browser is not caching a lot of times the livelink server will respond. Most people won't wait for this so they just re-start which re connects the threads. If you open a ticket with OT they will make you run connect logs then this problem won’t happen. So while it is a bit of a bother most organizations either re-start or employ some simple scripts that "makes the threads work" say every 4 hours or so end users are not affected :).I used VB scripts or batch files that would fetch a file that I knew several request to “warm these”. Nowadays with “MEMCACHED” you also need to make sure your admin servers are also kosher.. It might be more in newer systems where you have about 32 threads that may be in different states so jut be judicious in your thread count don’t go more than 15 and gradually increase if you see thread saturation that is what I do.
From a code perspective it has something to do with the KSTATE table but as I said it has to do with livelink software, db software(which OT does not make),your environment(time outs etc.) so unless you are severely bothered and cannot live with a workaround you are pretty much at OT support’s mercy. I think it has happened to me more on Oracle server livelink’s what is your flavor?

Well, if I called the wrong number, why did you answer the phone?
