Warning on IPSI

Hello All,

I am receiving a warning when I do a disp alarm on my IPSI 02AXX01, the error code that I am getting is 513 with Aux data 3. How can I resolve this I placed a call to Avaya but no one has called me back as of yet.

is the port network with Ipsi duplication ? if try the following.
1- busyout IPserver 02A
2- reset Ipserver 02A
3- release Ipserver 02A

What is the state of health of ur ipsi when u do a "list ipser" command?

other 0, replace the IPSI or try upgrading the firmware.
