Warning on Event View re: Brightstor

We have had a number of warnings on the Event Viewer related to Brightstor

"Backup Agent for Open Files has dropped a log message intended for Brightstor"

Can someone please advise on what this is?
Where do I find this message?
Is it something potentially critical for our system?

Open up the ofa console on the machine reporting the problem and uncheck the option for 'enable extended features'

It just meant that it couldn't write a message to the arcserve.log - which is quite normal if you don't have a host server install on that machine and even if you did, it is only informational and not a serious problem.
