Warning message when sending email via MS Access

I am using Outlook 2000, but get a message stating "A program is trying to automatically send e-mail on yor behalf. Do you allow this?" The program is MS Access 2000. Since I am doing a scan, this could happen every 5 minutes. Is there an option in Outlook to turn this message off and allow the email to be sent?
