Warning Message - POS and Fingerprint Scanner Versions are incompatible

We have several 1515 terminals that are giving a warning message - POS and Fingerprint Scanner versions are incompatible.

The terminals do not have FP scanners installed; is there a fix for this?

If using Aloha,
under hardware
terminals
remove check ox for finger print scanners. So it will not look for them

Thanks, Ross. I've narrowed this down to being a NAM issue - the fingerprint scanner checkbox is not checked, yet still getting the error, but only on sites with NAM installed.

Delete the file FPSSrvr.dll from the BIN folder on the terminals showing the error. No more error.
