if you are running any odbc integrations - and make the move to sql 2005 - be prepared to export all of your files to a text file to import

I did some checking into the issue you are having with ODBC queries and SQL 2005 and have found that this is a PR and development is aware of the issue and looking into it. A fix is scheduled for Service pack 1 of 9.0 and for service pack 5 for IM 8.0.
The issue is that the number of tables created by SQL 2005 is far greater then the previous version. Therefore when integration manager is quering you receive the error key already associated with element of collection.
What we have done is emailed development to see if we can get you a fix for this as soon as possible since SP5 for 8.0 is not going to be available for some time.
I will let you know what dev. says on this issue.
In the mean time if you need to run the integration you would need to dump your data into a text file and use the text file as your source file since simple and advanced odbc's are not working.
