warning from Outlook, tools to turn it off or allow control permanent

Hi !!
I have this issue with a client that runs Aspect CustomView ReportRunner at his call centre.
I'm not familiar with this applicationa nd are enable to asnwer his question. I have an email from a friend with a snaphot of the error message. he would like to know how to disble the option so that he doesn't have to reply to the pop-up sicne the jobs run late at night and he's not there at the time to answer the pop-up.

Notice the warning comes from Outlook, I can’t find anywhere in outlook tools to turn it off or allow control permanently to the app (Aspect CustomView ReportRunner)

Unfortunatley if the error is being generated by Outlook I don't think there's anyway of turning it off, at least not that I've ever seen in Report Runner or Outlook.

The best bet is to see what the error is moaning about and prevent it from occuring. If you can post the text of this error message we may be able to tell you what's causing it.
