hi,
ive created a databse and have converted a copy of it to .mde. on my database i went to tools->options->edit/find and turned off all of the warning boxes but when someone else tries to use the mde on their computer all of the warning boxes for my update queries show up. i figured since i turned them off on the database before i converted it that they would stay off for other people but that is not the case. is there any way i can turn them off for other users before i convert the real one?

Use the line of code

DoCmd.SetWarnings False

in the startup form of your database to turn them off.
You can also turn them back on again on exiting with specifying True rather than False.
