WAR file failed in developer tools

Hello,
Forgive me but I am new to Apache Tomcat.

I have deployed a war file but when I check in the developer tools, Network Tab, it is marked failed, XHR jquery-1.9.1.js:8526

Can anyone point me in the right direction?
