I have a client that has centrix lines at three locations with a desire to transfer calls from the main site to the other two site respectively. Can I program a 'Link" button on the phone sets so that when they receive a call at the main office they can transfer it using the centrix service to the other sites?
the provider states that it is possible using the lines, I just wanted to try and program the sets so the user could hit the 'Link' button and then the button programmed for whatever site needs to the call transferred to.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

You can even program an external dial button with F71xxx-xxx-xxxx so that you don't have to dial the number each time.

Thanks guys this is great. Can I have a dedicated button for the two remote offices or can I only have one button with F71 on it?
Is it "F71" or is it "F*71"?
Also do I need to say "Y" to "Link Through CO" in the programming?
Again many thanks for the assistance.

I have changed the "Link to CO" im programming at the main site but was wondering; do I need to change it at the remote site as well?
I am thinking 'Yes' but thought I would check.
