Wanted to know when i open a report

Wanted to know when i open a report based on a query i would like a dialog box to open up asking from with criteria to which, then it filters it. like for example if i had clients with a ID_Number field. when i open the report up i would like it to run a query that asks enter start id number (i enter 100) then another box asks enter end id number (i enter 200) then it opens the report i originaly opened with id numbers 100-200 filtered. You can do that directly in the query. On the criteria line for your ID field put something like this.

Between [Please enter a start ID here] and [Please enter an end ID here]

That will do what you want.
