I AM IN SEAARCH OF A CIRCUIT BOARD FOR A HITACHI HARD DRIVE MODEL NUMBER ic35l120avv207-7. this is a 120 gig hard drive with a removable circuit board. the board has two broken male pins that would fit into the IDE cable. I am looking to buy the entire hard drive if nessesary. but prefer to just buy the cuicuit board. Tops dollar paid for this item. contact me at bennett0309@hotmail.com, or scoobymutt2000@yahoo.com.......thank you

I don't have a circuit board but I have seen in another forum a way to get the drive working again that involves a little microsurgery.

You would solder two small wires (28-32 guage works) to the circuit card where the two broken pins are attached. Next plug an IDE cable into the drive. Then splice the two new wires to the two wires in the cable. You'll need to separate wires in the cable to get to the two you need to splice.

If you dont want to go that way and cant get one here then i suggest you join up with a few forums that have a trading section. For instance, tech-imo, anandtech, etc, etc. You will definitely get what you want there. Talk to people with a lot of posts there and they will help you.
