Want to use REXX in an NT environment to Monitor users who delete file

Is there such a thing as running REXX as a process in an NT environment to monitor users who delete files? Or should I look at other "ready-made" utilities that produce similar tracking results?<br>

You have to rename del command and 'roll your own' with a bat file that starts up rexx.
