Want to use Octel 350 for Centralized Voicemail

I have a customer that has several sites (about 30) that each have Definity PBX or S8700 Platform with Octel 250's. They want to get rid of the 30 Octel 250's and build a Centralized Voicemail system from an Octel 350 at their headquarters. They want each PBX to cover to this voicemail system. They want either 7 digit mailboxes or 10 digit mailboxes. They want integration and MWI back to the stations on the remote site PBX's.

What is the best way for this to work? Currently these PBX's are not connected together.

well you may be able to do this but it will take a deep dive into what the customer has at each site and what software they are on.
