I want to track history of not ready activity. Specifically, I'm looking to produce a report that tells me when and agent went on Not Ready and when they went off. Something similar to the call-by-call log but for phone states.
The only thing I could come up with was to try and have Not Ready state automatically generate an activity code and I could get "close" to what I want through the Not Ready by Reason Code BY Agent report.
Any other ideas or suggestions?
