Want to track Not Ready activity

I want to track history of not ready activity. Specifically, I'm looking to produce a report that tells me when and agent went on Not Ready and when they went off. Something similar to the call-by-call log but for phone states.

The only thing I could come up with was to try and have Not Ready state automatically generate an activity code and I could get "close" to what I want through the Not Ready by Reason Code BY Agent report.

Any other ideas or suggestions?
 
Yea, if you turn on Not Ready Activity Codes, then the system will automatically generate a default code when the agent fails to enter one themselves.
