I am using an Access 2003 database.

I have some summation formulae in a footer area. For some of these I would like to simply suppress zero values when they are calculated.

How do I achieve this effect?

Help, please?

If you are summing values, zeros are ignored. If your "summation" isn't Sum() then tell us what it is.

Sorry dudes....

I would like to suppress zeroes for display purposes.

You can set the format property of a text box to not display anything if the value of the text box equals zero. Check Help on Format Property Numeric.
