Want to send an attchmnt to recipient, but not the CC. How? 1

I've got a bunch of graphics users who need to send large graphics files to clients as attachments, but must also CC their boss that they've sent them. All parties save the emails at each step and it wipes out my exchange storage space unnecessarily. How can I allow the user to send the attachment and message to the client, and just the message to the CC? Thanks!
