Want to make Squirrelmail subfolder of [None]

Howdy,

My operating system is Red Hat Linux. In squirrelmail using Qmail, php, mySQL and Courier IMAP, I am trying to create a folder at the same level as INBOX. That is, as a subfolder of [None]. I get an error message.

ERROR : Could not complete request.
Query:CREATE "Test"
Reason Given: Invalid mailbox name

Can anyone offer any advice?
