want to learn vbscript!

can anybody point me at some good tutorials and documentation? i'm wanting to learn it to ease admin burdens on a nt 4 network. want to create/delete user accounts, and possibly connect to sql servers to update, insert, and delete from tables.

any help is appreciated!
