I want to generate a impromtu report which displays the salaries for a person in a row.

Name | Salary |Last_sal_chag_dt | Last_sal | Last_sal_chg_dt


The salary table in the data base is having one redord for one salary. Like

Name | SAl | ChangeDAte
Hari | 5000 | 10_july_2001
Hari |3500 | 15_may_2000
Hari |1500 | 17_Aug_1999
