Want to disable recalls coming to Operator Console-MxOneTSE4.1sp6 1

Hi,

Kindly help me..

i dont want to receive any recalls at the Operator Console.

I have tried PARNUM 34 = 0, no changes observed.

System : Mxone TSE 4.1 SP6

What Should i do to disable this?

check PARNUM 9 and PARNUM 10, set this values to the max of 32768 sec. (9 hours and a few minutes)
extended calls will "never" come back to operator.

yes, i have tested by keeping maximum timing in PARNUM 9 & 10, but still i am getting call once the time over..

is there any possibility to disable???

You have callers who wait for over 9 hours?!! They deserve to get through to an operator

i dont have callers who can wait till that time, but i am getting blank calls as those calls are got hanged.

Is there any parameter available in PBX Operator configuration..?
