Not sure if this is correct forum for this question, if not then maybe someone can direct me to where I might get an answer.

I am on an NT 4.0 workstation and want to define a local, shared file printer on my PC that points to a fixed file on my C: drive.

What I need to do is setup an unattended process to print to a file w/o there being any prompts for path or filename.

I can setup a file printer ok but I get prompted for path and filename when I send data to it.

Any help appreciated.

Thanks very much to jrbarnett who had posted a message back in August of this year that I managed to find and answer my question. This place is a great resource.
