Just program the AA to not answer the lines at 0 rings. Make sure that the lines are programmed as Appear & Ring on the desired phones. I would still have the AA to answer after 4 or 6 rings just to give coverage in certain cases.
You need to go into Ringing Service. Do not use group 1. Use group 2 and remove recpt telephone, that will be in by default and insert the Vmail DN (Ftr 985). Then apply group 2 to all your incoming lines. Not personal DIDs. Then put a Ringing Service button on Recpt telephone, (Ftr 871). Press button, full time AA, button will be solid. In morning, press button, live answer, button light off.
There is also a FAQ on this. But keep in mind that what you are asking is the opposite of what most people do. Most (including the FAQ) assume that the customer wants a live body to answer during the day and then have the vmail pick up immediately at night.
Just put the receptionist ext in the night ringing group instead of the vmail.
