want to build MCR phone where key 0 is MCR

I am trying to build a Multiple Call Ringing phone where MCR is key 0 on CS1K in element manager.
Note: I do not program in line command.
I am getting the following error
Error Code: SCH0369
Error Message: Function conflicts with existing call arrangement.

Any help would be very much appreciated.

The DN you trying to program as MCR is currently built as SCR/SCN on some other phones. You'll need to nul all appearance of that DN first before you can change it to MCR.

You might find that the number already exists on another set such as an analogue phone. It's best to remove all SCR / SCN DN's with the same number first and then do your MCR extension. If you have any SCR analogue phones, then do them last.
