I'm not even sure that what I am attempting to accomplish will be doable as I am still new to barcoding, but I want to challenge all you experts out there to weigh in on this issue. I would like to create high-density barcodes to carry strings of data to be entered into a web page that my company has no control over. It would have to navigate basic entry of some fields, with single or in some cases multiple tabs between fields, as well as drop-down menus and click boxes. We are currently working with Bartender 6.2, but if necessary could shop for something more sophisticated if it would solve this problem. Any ideas?

What you want are two-dimensional barcodes. You'll see them on the back of some government ID cards and some state drivers licenses. They can contain a couple of Kilobytes of data. Adobe has an product that will let you embed the 2D codes in a document as it's created in a web page, so it contains the typed text, and a 2D barcode of it for accurate recognition.
