Is there a way on the BCM to create a "short code" so that when I dial 74, it then dials 44888 over the SIP trunk connection to my E-MetroTel UCx. I want to keep a consistent paging code across my entire platform of a UCx, IP Office and BCM. Problem is 7 is already in use as an outside line code, so is there a way to spoof the BCM to sending the number specifically 74 without interfering with the trunk code of 7?

No sorry.
This is why I suggest always using 2 digit dest codes to dial out such as 91, 92 etc so you will have room to play.
