Want header edge to egde on page. How?

using DWcs4.win xp.

say page is 800 pixel.

head is 800 pixel.

How to put header so it's edge to edge and then text can be put underneath like normal with margins.

when I put header in, it is shifted to right due to margins. If I change margin, text doesn't look right.
