Wang/Kodak Image Control Replacement/Update

I have an old application that used the Wang/Kodak image control to rotate, flip, zoom, etc. images. I also understand it is not included with XP. Is there a free/low cost update available? I believe there is a MS image control, but it requires XP. Does anyone have any recommendations for a free/low cost control that is similar to the Wang control and does not require XP?

There are a few options depending on the version of FoxPro you have.
1. GDI+ in VFP9 (or GDI32.dll which will work well with VFP7 or VFP8), will do most functions you are describing. GDIPLUS.vcx comes with VFP9 and GDI32.dll is free from Microsoft
2. Kodak/Wang is still available.
