WAN setup messed up my ftp access??

I just installed Microsofts Wireless network (bundle
for desktop and laptop). Works great but even with
disabling the firewall built in to the WAN, I (and
anyone else for that matter) can no longer log in to
my ftp. All they get is a return IP (my internal) and
a log-on "error". I have a dynamic IP and use the
service of DYNU to keep my address as static
(medmike.dynu.com). Don't know where the problem is
but seems like maybe the DYNU is incompatable with the
WAN or maybe my ISP (I have ZOOM cable access). Any
ideas?
