Is there anyway to stop an old copy of PhoneManager from seeing all of the users from LAN2(WAN) if the IPO is connected to the Internet directly?

Let me quess, you also didn't changed the password settings...

And if you did change the administator password, you also changed the security password?

Always use a firewall, either using a IP Office firewall profile ( you must build it yourself ) or a thirth party firewall and block all traffic you don't need.
