My company consists of 3 offices , one in California , one in Texas, and One in Australia.
All servers (Citrix, Exchange, web, SQL etc..) are located in the California office where I work. Covad provides us T1 service with a wired T1 and a wireless T1 as backup. To handle this setup they brought their own hardware which I have no access to. All other offices connect to our office via Citrix servers to run all business applications.
I am trying to monitor the performance of our connections between California , Texas, and Australia but is there any way to do this when I have no access to Covad's Cisco router?
