WAN Link over Frame Rely

I am just out of option after reading the Technical Doc of avaya.
we are trying to settup up Data network using WAN 3 Module.
Pls can anybody guide me to set up WAN Link.

I have two 403 2.1(27) i connected the WAN 3 module in both the system,
We have leased line on Frame rely ,on X.21.

when i went throgh the doc it says RAS creation why do we need RAS creation for this.
If we use Cisco router tehre is simple settings.

Pls can anybody already done this configuration pls post the possibilty to set up the same.

If somebody has got CFG files pls i am requesting to post the same.

Have got a couple sites one with FRAME one with fixed link.

When you build your service make sure when you are in the Service field pick WAN link this will build the User RAS and service at the same time. Fort about the Passwords while you are setting it up

If you a using frame I would expect you to have only one X21 connection at each site this connects to the main unit WAN port no need for the WAN 3.

In the WAN field make sure you reboot the system with the cable connected the WAN port should automatically appear don't create it you self.

In the WAN field change it SyncFRAME and then set up you DLCIs and use RFC1490+FRF12.

Thank u so much for kind response, pls can u explain little more detail.

1) both the side i have X.21 Connection

A)I need to creat WAN Servicess ???

B) Once i creat the WAN services is the Account name & Password is must

c)What should i have to enable in the Bandwidth form & IP Form

d)what i have to select from the drop down list "Frame management field , Frame learn mode &Maximum Frame length in Fram relay form.From WAN PORT Form.

E)How to allocate the IP address for the serial Link which we do it in Routers.

D)If i do not have a DHCP server what steps i have to do the allocation of IP address for WAN Port.


I am sorry to asking many questions, but i do not have any other options i am very new to AVAYA IP Office ssytems.

Pls i am requesting u to help me
