WAN Failover with VPN

I have three offices. Each office has two internet connections. I want a hardware product that will let me configure two tunnels from the remote offices to the main office. If one connection fails it should failover to the other VPN tunnel with no disruption in service.

Any suggestions for a suitable piece of equipment that can be installed at each site.

I would look to combine the firewall/VPN functionality for this. Several products can do this...high end and low end product...
