Our company has an existing WAN Connection which is currently tied-up to a single dial-up line for its remote users. We have here a router attached to a modem which then dials up to our main office about 5km away. Transactions are being received on the other end by another modem/router setup.

On peak hours, our remote users are experiencing slowdown with their accesses. The question is: by adding another pair of modem & a tel line, is it possible for the system to configure the first line for incoming transactions and the other line to be dedicated as requesting or outgoing line?

Our setup includes the ff:
Main Office has => 3COM Superstack II Netbuilder (3C8532) and a 56K US rob modem

The Remote site has => Intel 9510 Router and a 56K US Rob modem

Will appreciate your feedback on this. Thanks a lot!
