Hi
Can all users access the directory that the wallpaper file is kept? Sorry if this sounds like a dumb question, but this is what I'll check first.

I have not used Group policy so this point might well be irrelevant...on all the Citrix servers under Citrix Connection Configuration \ (both ica-tcp and rdp-tcp) \ Advanced Connection Settings \User Profile overrides, Disable Wallpaper is NOT ticked?
Might it be something to do with users' screen resolution /Window size setting against the Server's setting ??
Just the thought.
Good luck

i have looked at both of these issues it works for one or two users but not the majority

Have you checked the group priority order.....poledit/options/group priority.....????

go to your GPO and open the policy. Make sure under the computer policy->administrative templates->system->group policy that "user group policy loopback processing mode" is enabled and set to "replace". Then wait for the changes replicate or go to each server and type in "secedit /refreshpolicy MACHINE_POLICY"

This will refresh the machine policy with the new one. Looks like new users are getting the policy but old ones aren't. Hope this helps!!
