Immediatly after installing NICE, on at least five of our workstations, the background wallpaper reverts back to the Windows standard wallpaper. Any ideas about what could be causing this? Thanks.

It disables it in the registry by default. You can change this by changing the registry to a 1 from a zero.

Thanks for the quick reply. And I assume it will not just change the 1 back to a zero again?

LOCAL MACHINE THEN OPEN SOFTWARE. Look for NICE open it up then you will see some files one is labled Ii think wallpaper. I am not near an agent right now to look but that is what Ii can remember.

Under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE, Software, NICE and ScreenAgent key: wallpaper
and screen saver enable option is set to value 0, which means they are
disabled. We have to change the value to 1 to enable these.

It's not getting any smarter out there. You have to come to terms with stupidity, and make it work for you.
