Wallboards!

I have always found the wallboards on CR and IPOCC frustrating in their limitations.
I am tyrying to emulate a customer's exisitng wall board which has a table with agents listed and various statistics many of which I cannot emulate such as % of time spent bin wrap up.
(I am trying to use a Monitor Table to display the results)
Is there a way to define new statistics to display by maybe using a formula, as you can in Chronicall?

I am finding some statistics in the table do not update at all but I guss that a different issue!

OK so a bigger problem is that Outbound stats for Talk Time and Wrap time do not show on the wallboard.
It's like they are not being treated as ACD calls even though I have tried setting 'ACD Call' in Topic Dialling parameters and also agent dialling parameters (even though I am not using Agent diallers)

Any ideas?

For outbound stats to count you need to select the topic when doing an outbound call.

Even if it's a campaign dialler that already attached to a topic?
 
Also the stats show up fine in historical reports so I am somewhat confused by the wallboard operation!
 
Dialer stats should show in the dialer variables.
