Wallboards

Ok, we purchased a few wallboards for our call center and can't get them to work at all. They are Inova boards not the Spectra link because we are switching to a call manager in February. I am missing a few pieces of information that I need to get these boards up and going. Does anybody know the answers to the following?

Delimited? (E.g. comma, semi colon)
End of record Character
Header?

Good luck with your migration, No help here. from what I understand if its not in the list of wallboards then it doesnt work.
