Hello all,

We are looking to add wallboards to a site of ours that has Symposium 5.0 with a webclient. Does anyone have any suggestions?

One thing that I've seen done is a flat panel monitor mounted on a wall or a projector to display the web client real time display's.

There are vendors out there such as Symonview, but a flat panel monitor is a lot cheaper than a server and Symonview software.

a projector hooked up to a pc with the rtd on it and project it to a wall or screen is the cheapest soln...professional soln will cost you massive $$$$$

We used Telecorp products. They were very reasonable in cost. Software runs on a standard PC not an expensive server.

I had a site where they had the money, so they put a huge plasma on the wall. Help desk (24\7) loved it because after hours they would hijack it for movies. They even ran weekly lunch menus on it. We also had a Symonboard but there was soo much work involved just to get it to work. Seemed like a waste of money to me but they seemed to have the cash.

We do the PC/Projector too and it works great. It is more flexable and you can be more creative.

sure, i have a excellent vendor who handles all the wallboard integration. you can call me 678-728-0534 stefan
