Wal-Mart Negative MDN

We are testing AS2 with Wal-Mart and are receiving negative MDNs. Per Wal-Mart, they're sending us a positive MDN, but by the time it gets into our AS2 solution (BizConnect), it becomes negative.

We are doing AS2 with another trading partner and do not have this problem. Has anyone else experienced this? If so, how did you fix it?
