Wakeup PC from Standby Mode

Hi,
I am researching on waking up a PC remotly in a network. The PC has Windows 2K SP4 and the company policy is to leave the PC on Standby Mode. Is there a tool or command i can issue from another PC on the network that would wake up a certain targetted machine?

the targets machine bios "wake on lan" must be enabled ;-)
