Wakeup on 3300 AX 14.0.3.51 Embedded Mail

When a guest dials voicemail, the option to hit W for wakeup is there and you can follow the prompts to set it and says it is successful, but does not work. You cannot see it being set by watching the port also. Only using the FAC works, and you can see it successful watching the port. Using the FAC is how the help docs say to do it. Is there a way for the guest to not hear the option to press W for wakeups when they are dialed into voicemail?, or make it work ?
