Wakeup call configuration

So I have configured wakeup to work using a FAC and choosing the announcement however everytime I dial the FAC to schedule a wakeup call it calls our operator (0). Below is an email I sent out to a friend who has yet to respond.

***I like to give details so you have what you need so forgive the elongated question.***
1st question: Do we need a hospitality server or a hospitality card for this feature to work?
2nd question: (below)
Hey so thought I would pick your brain. I was trying the wakeup call and here is the procedure I took however whenever I dial the FAC it calls the operator (0)
1. Determined FAC available (We chose 199 during the meeting)
2. Placed 199 in the wakeup call feature location (Tab 7 of “change feature-access-codes”)
3. Changed “change system-parameters hospitality” (Tab 2) Announcement type to integrated and announcement 8818.
4. Dial 199 – I get forwarded to operator (0)
5. Changed the 199 to 119 (I did this because 19 is a dac not fac.)
6. Dialed 119 – I get forwarded to operator again.
7. Tried 139 – Same thing.
8. Tried 109 – Same thing.

Things I have found. "Announcement Access Code" is 119. This works. However even though it’s the only FAC in the 11 string no other string works in that range. I have tried other FAC ranges like 10 and 13. No change. I feel like there is another step that is missing.

im not familiar with this but can you post a list trace of the call to see what is going on.

@montyzummer list trace does not help out. It doesnt give any pertinent information to the FAC.

The feature access code works with a speech synthesis board. This allows extensions to enter their own wakeup calls.

Otherwise, display phones can enter wakeup calls I believe the button is programmed as aut-wkup, or auto-wakup. This allows phones with console permissions (see COS) to enter wakeup calls from other phones.
 
This works with or without speech synthesis board. But, you have to program it accordingly.

Routing to the attendant is most likely because they do not have tn725B or the programming is not
correct.

I figured it out. It was Room Activated Wakeup With Tones? y
Once I did that I could create a wakeup call for whatever phone I was on. Now for the last part. How do I do it from my phone and schedule it for someone elses extension?
