Guys, help me out here.

Do any of you know if it is possible to either print wakeup logs automatically or schedule them to print every few mins.

Now I am fully aware of the hotel logs that contain wakeup info amongst other things. The trouble is this client wants them to print to a serial printer either in real time or every couple of mins but he doesnt want all the other info that comes with hotel logs as this is a large hotel with lots of check out/in etc.

Well you certainly setup a printer to print hotel logs. Don't know if you can restrict it output to wakeup calls.

An apple a day keeps the doctor away. Anyone else and you need to throw it harder.

Hi Loopy, yeah all good on the hotel logs but it generates too much traffic to the printer.

I thought it would. Not sure how to stop the other logs. Thought on the 2K you could setup a printer for wakeups but I can't see anything similar on the 3300.

Think this is pretty poor to be honest especially with Mitels standing in hospitality.

I know you can print Wakeup reports to LRP1 from the 5550 guest service section. Trouble is for this installation as it is a clustered hospitality scenario the controller that the 5550's are on wouldn't catch all the wake up calls i dont think
